Qasīdat al-Burda (Arabic: قصيدة البردة, "The Mantle of Burda") is a poem of praise for the Islamic prophet Muhammad. It was written by the Sufi mystic al-Sufi, Imam al-Busiri, and it is often recited by religious leaders.
It is said that the prophet Muhammad had a dream in which he was given a divine revelation and he was told to give his followers an important message. In the message, it is stated that there are two types of people in the world, the good and the bad. The bad ones are those who do not believe in God and are going to be destroyed, and the good are those who believe in God and are going to be saved. It is said that the good are going to be saved from all the evil and danger that the world has.
